Spring/Summer Menu

All platters can be served either for buffet dinner or appetizer portion.  While all the food at Sante Kitchen strive to be organic, low carb, and clean, we do not have a nut-free facility.  Gluten free options available for most platters.  All heating and serving instructions will be detailed.

Salads - All salads use gluten free ingredients

  • Carrot Farro - arugula, burnt carrots, faro, dried apricot with lemon tahini dressing
  • Spicy Summer Slaw - napa cabbage, carrots, edamame, jicama sliced almond
  • Tuna Tatami - seared tuna, daikon, baby greens, onion sesame vinaigrette
  • Crab Salad - lump crab, ruby red grapefruit, endive, tarragon chive vinaigrette
